Transportation
Once your room is confirmed, please book your flights into the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). If you need assistance with booking flights, please let me know.
Ashley will collect flight information as we get closer to travel, to ensure smooth round trip shuttle service to/from the resort. Private transportation from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to Hard Rock Punta Cana will be booked for you. Cost is $140 for 1-4 guests sharing the transfer. If you need more than 4 people on the private shuttle, it will increase by $14/per person (up to 9 people). If a shuttle is needed for more than 9, a quote will be provided

Before
Passport Information
Valid US Passports are required by all travelers to enter/exit Mexico. Passports must be valid for a full 6 months after the return flight home. Passports must be free from all and any damages to avoid being denied boarding.
Travel Insurance
Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase trip/cancellation insurance when they book their room to protect their investment in the event of an unforeseen cancellation. Once paid in full, each reservation is non refundable.
Booking & Payment Options
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are then welcome, with final payment due no later than November 1, 2026.
If air is booked full air cost will be due at time of booking.
